Drawings # 2

Drawings # 1

Układ Otwarty / Open Case

Instalation – three display cabinets with drawings and a notebook with drawings. The project is made of two componets. First of all, there three display cabinets exhibiting small drawings that visualize some abstract states of mind. Usually meaningless pictures relate to each other and thus form sets of signs whose organizing principle is the resemblance between them. Second of all, there is a notebook containing the some drawings in such manner that signs develop into a new language.

Instalacje tworzą trzy gabloty w których umieszczone są zestawy rysunków. Każdy rysunek to zupełnie inny abstrakcyjny zapis, przejaw automatycznego rysowania . Rysunki zostały wyselekcjonowane na podstawie wizualnego podobieństwa i ułożone w zbiory. Uzupełnieniem gablot jest zeszyt, zawierający rysunki z gablot, w którym zostały poddane jeszcze dokładniejszemu opracowaniu.

The movie is a short story which I realized during one week stay in empty flat in Warsaw. As a new locator I try contact with my neighbours but each another attempt is failed.

Ritual

I found  recording on VHS which inspired me to create a new short movie.
